Today's conditions started out pretty clear, however, as the day progressed a mid level stratus layer covered most of the sky. Currently there are Stratocumulus clouds in the sky that have quite soft edges indicating ice crystals in the atmosphere. The winds are out of the west at roughly 12 mph and there is the potential of the cold front to our north moving through Wisconsin later tomorrow. Current barometric pressure is at 1021.7mb and falling slowly. The temperature today is a bit colder than it was yesterday due to the wind speeds and a small trough from the polar jetstream dipping down over Minnesota.
